New York based producer/composer Son Lux is back with his new EP Alternate Worlds as he prepares to embark on a full-on European tour.

Alternate Worlds reimagines four tracks from his recent album Lanterns, and includes a collaboration with Lorde. The EP has been described as traversing unfamiliar terrain within remembered landscapes, and once heard it’s clear to understand why.

The record represents a brave sideways move, deviating slightly from his trademark sound whilst still provoking that familiar dream-like emotion.

The sound is as distinctive as what we’ve heard before from Son Lux. It grabs your attention from the start and will hold you captivated throughout.

Alternate Worlds is a stimulating yet mellow concoction of electro based energies and is currently available digitally, with a vinyl release date of May 26th.
