Brooklyn-based singer King Deco announces her debut mini EP ‘Tigris’ on April 7th via London based imprint Night Beach.

Emerging singer/ songwriter King Deco concisely showcases her unique signature of otherworldly pop on this three-track mini EP by producers Felix Snow, Adam Pallin, One Love and Ryland Blackinton.

After spending last year in the studio writing and recording, this first ‘Tigris’ release is the fruits of King Deco’s sound so far. ‘One ft. Kinetics‘ is the cinematic lead track taken from the EP, with feature vocal from New York rapper Kinetics. The production of ‘Ocean’ is all at once epic yet subtle, fragile yet enticing, with lyrical content being narrative of King Deco’s background. ‘Laila’ weaves Deco’s vocal and melody into a dream-like soundscape, layered with a captivating chant-like chorus.

Despite not growing in an environment that encouraged music or the arts, singer/ songwriter King Deco (aka Dana Salah) discovered a love for music that lead her to start recording and producing songs in her teacher’s house in downtown Amman at age eleven. Now residing in New York City, Dana is writing new material in the studio.
