Clyde Carson has released the video for his new single ‘No Sleep’, from his album ‘Playboy’.

Clyde Carson cruises through his hometown Oakland in the new black and white video. The video, directed by Bryant Robinson, features Carson performing in familiar Oakland neighbourhoods. ‘No Sleep’ conveys the West Coast life as he goes from chilling in the kitchen, the car, the streets, then back to playing dominos at home.

The single has the bass-driven funk-inspired beat from Bay Area producer Shonuff, who worked with Carson on the album. HotNewHipHop premiered the video, saying the song is “built off the same West Coast bounce that Carson perfected.” The rapper drops his verses through the song’s bouncy funky beats and thick synths. With a heavy, dark sound, the single is set to be a success among fans.
